After rumors circulated over the date of BLACKPINK Lisa‘s solo debut, YG Entertainment has provided an update on the progress of the album.
It comes after industry sources claimed that Lisa is expected to make her solo debut at some point in June. Harper’s Bazaar Thailand also stated this date for Lisa’s solo debut in a recent Instagram post.

According to the report, the CEO of BVLGARI has deleted pictures of himself and Lisa. Additional reports state that CELINE and BVLGARI accounts in China have hid or deleted all posts of Lisa.
TV Report suggests that this might be due to Chinese sentiment towards Lisa. As per the report, Lisa is facing a massive backlash due to her burlesque performance, and the Chinese market makes up over 20% of luxury goods sales internationally. The report states that this may be the reason why designer brands are allegedly distancing themselves from Lisa.
